An attractive fast food outlet that offers quite a comfortable dining area. The service was quick and pleasant. The food was... good for fast food although the french fries were a bit bland, perhaps just slightly undercooked. Families with children willparticularly find this a more affordable, amenable place for dining out. Read more

I was heartbroken last week when I found out the Natomas location was no longer going to open. I've been dreaming for over a... year now about that sauce since it's been over 5yrs, and tonight it finally happened! Beautiful location! So brand spanking new. They might call it a chicken finger, but it's really a fried chicken breast! No fake or overly processed food here. The coleslaw isn't heavily mayonnaised and the sweet perfectly balances the tartness of the veggies. The toast and and fries werecrisped but also just soft (not soggy) enough to soak up those last few drops of Cane's sauce hiding in the bottom of the cupand rim of the lid. And the sweet tea was perfect! I'm always surprised when a restaurant can mess up tea, but you have to usesimple syrup, not a sweetener; aspartame just doesn't cut it. I'm definitely returning; this is my comfort food. Even the QueenDiva approves! The chicken didn't stand a chance; seems like she has a new favorite chickie place now! Read more

They charge over $10 for what essentially looks and tastes like a disaster relief meal. Highly recommend if you?re trying to... live your Fyre festival fantasies. Read more

Not coming back to this location again. Horrible customer service, the lady at the drive thru was really nice but the person... gave food had terrible attitude. Don?t want to offer any ketchup and other sauces. The bread was good, but that?s the only goodthing. Chicken was really dry, and fries was normal. Read more

Over hyped. But still delicious! All the food was fresh, crisp and delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pricing is... set well enough for what you get. Here's my two gripes. Everyone says the sauce is what makes Cane's so great. 1.) It's just anOK sauce. 2.) Why charge the $0.39 for it? It makes it feel like getting worked over for pennies when it should just be bakedinto the cost of a combo. Last complaint, it's a very simple menu. That in itself is not bad. What's bad is almost a 10 minutewait for two 3 piece combos that included the tenders, toast, and fries. During a moderatly busy lunch, it should take a coupleminutes top. All fast food seems to suffer from not being fast anymore these days. End of the day, it's worth trying. It'sworth coming back. Read more

Tried it out to see what all the hype was about. It's "ok". Cole slaw was flavorless. Fries were straight up generic frozen... crinkle fries with no seasoning or flavor, chicken was a little light and not a very dense chicken strip. The breading was alittle flaky and crisp but with no seasoning. The sauce was good. That had all the flavor, it's just a thousand island variant.Coca cola was flat. Overall it was a very basic fast food chicken tender place. There are many like it that do it much better.Sadly some of the fast food chains actually do it better than them, which should be embarrassing. If you want a purely averagetasteless meal (except the sauce) try this spot. Other wise try anywhere else. For the price, there's a much better option inthe pop and eye variety up the street a bit.. Wow! We hoped for good food, but we got so much more than that! Arguably the best tasting fast food chicken we?ve ever had, and... the customer service was second to none. We counted at least 40 employees all working in tandem! Can?t wait to come back! Read more

Tried this location for the first time last week for lunch and it was tasty! Knowing a bunch of family and friends who?ve had it... a lot over the last few years back in SoCal I knew what to expect. I do believe they may have hyped it up just a bit for me, buteverything was really fresh and yummy. I did find that the chicken strips were lacking some flavor, but I do also know that theyare big because of their sauce and I don?t particularly like creamy based sauces like that so I can understand why I was missingthe ?full experience? their ice is the best kind, you know the kind I?m talking about the perfect little crushed cubes! Ahh Ilove it, and their lemonade was really good! My husband said the coleslaw was good and flavorful and I loved the bread, they didforget to give us our extra pieces we ordered, but that type of thing happens especially at new locations I wasn't upset aboutit. The line was long, but it does move pretty fast don?t let that deter you from giving this place a visit. The staff was hitor miss, the young lady that took our order was friendly, talkative and really nice and even took the time to give us our HeroDiscount. However getting up to the window to wait for our order the older woman ?helping? us out was not, she was snarky, rudeand unfriendly. Overall I know we?ll definitely eat here again. Enjoy! Read more
