While I love the food from Noah?s, the customer service is completely lacking. I order ahead on the mobile app and it gives a 20... minute estimated ready time. When I arrive to the store 25 minutes later, my order is not made and has a sticker that?s says,?please see cashier? (because they are out of a specific bagel). So I then have to wait in the line (the exact reason I orderedahead- to avoid the line) and then have to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready. It should not take 45 minutes on aSaturday morning for me to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. I understand being out of popular items, but you should then have adefault backup bagel that you use instead of making your mobile order guests wait in line to REorder their food! It would befine if this was a one time experience- but it?s been the same my last 4 visits no matter weekday or weekend. Not to mention themajority of the staff there seem highly annoyed and inconvenienced when you approach them (another reason I order ahead- toavoid interaction with them). I love these bagels, but for the morning time this place is awful. I go in with 15 min of spare time before work which should be... plenty to order a bagel. I went in today and stood for 5 min because one person was in line at the register and on their phonegetting a code to pay. No one else jumped on a register. I just left without breakfast because by the time I order and theyactually get the food out I would be late for work.The employees really need to work on their timeliness and pay attention towho is waiting. Usually, Noah's NY Bagels is a favorite spot. I called to get some info today, no answer. I pushed option 2 to get the online... ordering instructions. They were not complete. I called back to speak with customer service and got hung up on. Multiple times.Very sad. Read more
This location has by far the worst customer service. I went it so ask for 1 six cheese bagel (that?s what it?s called) and the... girl charges me for a half a dozen Cheese bagels. I asked for 2 bagel dogs and she charges me for bagel boxes. Had to go backand fourth a few times before I just gave up. The attitude on top of this miss communication is the reason I am leaving thisreview. Great bagel (if you can get the right one), horrible customer service. Oh and I?m pretty sure I didn?t get my refundthe first time she refunded me. Definitely wouldn?t go back to this location and wouldn?t recommend anyone else to go either. Read more
Ordered a Chorizo avocado sunrise on a jalapeño cheddar bagel breakfast sandwich through Doordash and it arrived still warm.... Sooo goood! The sauce is amazing and all the ingredients were fresh. Can't wait to try more menu items!! Read more
