These two mini cookies were 4 dollars. I literally took 2 bites and I was done. When I asked the woman working at the counter... about the pricing, I was basically told "yes, that's how much these cookies cost." 4 dollars for 2 MINI cookies? Went here once for a lemonade freeze. They gave us a large, and it was great. Since, we have gone back specifically for the... lemonade and once, was told that we couldn't have a large size, as the young girl rolled her eyes and was extremely snotty. Andthe second time, tonight (an hour before closing) The girl said "we're out of those" as a full-jug was mixing beside her. Wesaid: "isn't it right there?". That's when she explained that they had closed down the blender for the night (hr early) andcan't use it. Mrs. Fields Cookies, have always been a favorite in my family. Cookies are always delicious unlike their customer service which... needs more customer service training. I have had awful experiences with their employees who don't care about theiremployment. Read more
Bought these cookie sandwiches yesterday. Not only were the cookies not fresh and hard, but we also found multiple pieces of... plastic in the frosting!!! A huge health concern, especially for people giving these to their kids. Disgusting! Read more
Cookies are not fresh! Hard as rocks! Very sad as mrs fields used to be a trusted name in cookies. No longer the case!
