I don?t recommend this location. This location has found an interesting way to cut costs. They no longer allow you to fill... your own drinks and won?t allow you to get a refill. I?m sure this saved them money . They also have no napkins , ketchup ,straws available to customers in the lobby. Their order board never posted my order I had to ask and then they said oh it?sbeen here all the time. I was unimpressed with the cleanliness and service. Their cost cutting methods have lost them acustomer . I won?t be back. Read more

I went to the drive-through and ordered two items one of them was a large french fry. I asked for one thing for the french fries... to be lightly salted they even double check with me if I wanted no salt or light salt which I thought was cool. And then I gotmy prize and they were very salty. I went back less than 10 minutes later and ordered 10 piece nuggets and a small french fryand I said to the person that I just ordered a large fry lightly salted and it was not lightly salted. Absolutely horrible store. I bought a drink and asked for a refill the employees were very rude told me me no that their policy... is no refills when EVERY OTHER MCDONALDS allows them!!??! The manager was completely disrespectful and all the employees treatedme horribly. I shouldn?t have to pay another $1 for a stupid soda when I get easily get a refill for the soda I already paidfor. Unfair and horrible customer service I will never go there again. I don?t even recommend one star for the store. I reportedthem to corporate and corporate will be taking this matter into their hands. This McDonald's on Harding is my favorite. They never mess up my food and when my app was being an annoyance the manager solved... the problem not just rolled her eyes at me like the manager on Auburn and Greenback. I'm loving it!!! I'll never go to thatplace again. Go to Roseville Read more
The food was great! I mean it's McDonald's lol you know what you're getting ????. The fries were hot the icecream was cold and... both were delicious. The employees were very nice. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked clean while we were waiting forour food. The restroom was very clean as well. This restaurant isn't the newest location but I believe it was recentlyrenovated. Would recommend if you are nearby and craving fast-food. Read more
