Friendly, smiling staff, fast service even when drive-through lanes are busy. The only issue is that food... preparation/presentation isn't consistent. The burgers look beat up from time to time. Cheese slices look pike they've beenthrown on top of the patty at last second, aren't melted. Read more

Terrible. My whole family jokes about how this McDonald's location has NEVER gotten our order right. We are always missing... something or something is messed up about the order (like pickles where no pickles were requested, for example). They are noteven that busy, but fries are always old, and orders are always wrong. You can count on that. Definitely do not recommend if youcan avoid and go to another one. Read more
Ive been here about 5 times over a yr in hopes that my experience would be better with the next time. Well it hasnt improved. I... normally dont post bad reviews and only post my positive experiences but every single time i come here my order is wrong. Isimply order an egg mcmuffin without the canadian bacon. Another way ive ordered it is an english muffin with cheese and afolded egg. This morning as i was headed to work i asked for a well done english muffin with cheese and a folded egg... Its NOTHARD!!! Ive worked in the kitchen at several Mcdonalds in the past. I went back and asked for a refund and the manager didnteven ask me why.... not happy and will not go back. Horrible customer service! Went to order and my food took forever as there was no organization with the crew! The restroom was a... mess the trash was full and the bathroom was out of toilet paper completely! Went to tell the manager on duty who replied to mewas we do not take care of the bathrooms during lunch time from 11:00am to 3:00pm as we are much too busy! Note there was trashall over the floors but the young man (a customer) picked up a lot of the trash and wet toilet paper from the floor himself,before I took pictures! Read more
