The coating on the chicken pieces was factually ?DRIPPING? with oil (grease)! The meat was a bit soggy from the oil. The... texture of the coating was odd as if it was deep fried a second time?and why it dripped grease and was soggy. I was staying at anearby Hotel and never ate at this store before. My local KFC?s have never had DRIPPING oil on the chicken! But one thing I haveagainst KFC in general is they rarely EVER offer ?All Original? pieces. Read more
Food was not that great, the chicken tenders were small and more breading than actual chicken. I asked for an extra order of... mashed potatoes on the side but then we only got sides of mashed potatoes for our 3 different meals. Read more
One of the worst KFC ever. We requested for original chicken for our 12pc family meal but they told us they only do half... original and half crispy. We told them we would like to get original only as we always do. They agreed to give original. Thechicken was salty and oily. It was hard and burnt. They definitely refried the crispy chicken and called it original. Ended upin trash. Read more

They wouldn't let us place two separate orders on 1 drive thru car window visit.????????For second order he asked us to get back... @ end of line. There were already 3 cars in line! SO ABSURD! NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE!!! Needless to say they lost 2 customers. Read more
The place wasn't too busy. But the dinning area was just, well lets just say needed a big hand in cleaning. The tables were not... clean. For my family to have our meal, I had to clean the table where we were sitting. There was molded food in the window sealand under our table was just a mess. I don't know how they had a passing green card. The bathroom has no towels and the blowinghand dryer wasn't working. I addressed this this to employees but he didn't seem to care.The assistant manager was pleasant andtalked to us with a smile. The customer service was okay. Our meal was okay for a KFC. I don't plan on stopping at this locationanytime soon. I do hope that they take time to clean the dinning area and address the issues that I have written for futureclients that come in for a dinner.
