Fastest I've ever been to dutch and back there was no line and they had my order ready before I could even pay for it

This location is new and near home depot. Finally a dutch bro with a normal drive thru. The workers don't talk too much which is... good for someone who is really shy like me. Got the unicorn blood which I really enjoyed. Will be back to this location. Read more
We ordered 3 iced medium kickers with an extra shot. So much milk was added that it resembled some gross version of chocolate... milk - the drink didn?t even taste like coffee (may have even just forgot to add espresso?). Unfortunately, we did not trydrinks until we got home and they were all so bad we ended up throwing them away because we couldn?t drink them. We get thatthis could be new employees, but I would recommend tasting your drinks before you leave in case they need to be re-done. Willprobably wait awhile before trying this location again. $25 wasted. Read more
Don't usually leave bad reviews but Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Would not honor my stamp cards that a... different location gave me. Contacted customer service trying to be as polite as possible, thier corporate office will notaswell, won't even give me my a free cup of Coffee that would cost them less than a dollar for a positive customer experience. Iwas going to buy my entire staff coffee since it's close to my work but now they've lost a customer for life. Can't believe theyare a multi million dollar company. Guess I'm off to my local Starbucks where they know how to treat thier customers. Read more

First time here and their Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Breve is on point for me! The other chain coffee place is always too sweet... (even with less pumps of sweetener). Dutch Bros also has a TON of sugar free options which is awesome. Read more
We ordered 911, Holiday hazelnut mocha and one other hot drink. It was warm not hot. Tasted lacking coffee. Tge lady that took... our order was great, but the person at the window did not acknowledge at all. This is my 2nd visit to Dutch Bros, it will not bea third time. Especially the 1st visit, the employee at the time hid from the drive-thru, so he did not have to serve us. Poortraining and management. Read more
