Cookies are great. Staff is great. What else can you ask for? Walking in, the aroma of the store is addicting. You can either... order on the tablets on the wall or go straight to the counter. We ended up getting two party boxes and a box of four. The onlyones that needed assembly were the confetti cookies and the passion fruit ones. After we ordered, the staff member said theywere working on it and should be done. We waited probably 5 minutes, but expected that as we ordered 28 cookies and over halfof them needed to be assembled. Yum! The attention to detail is appreciated. The cookies are served warm and fresh. We termed these cupcake cookies. We could... only eat a quarter at a time because they are so decadent. But be sure to get at least 2 chocolate chip cookies. One to eat warmin the car and the others to go. Store suggestion: Pay attention to keeping the boxes clean. I am hooked. If you told me I?d be buying boxes of 4 cookies for 4 dollars each every week I would?ve told you you?re a madman.... Yet here I am. And I?ll probably keep going until I try all 170+ flavors. At least I?m signed up for Crumbl loyalty crumbs andthis review will give me enough crumbs to have $10 off. I?m seriously stoked. These cookies are delicious. I like how they switch the flavors. Giving four stars because when we first tried them a week ago... through DoorDash, a box of 6 cookies were $20. Today I went to order another box and they discontinued the box of 6. Now it is$20 for a box of 4 which is disappointing. Overall my favorite has been there chocolate walnut chip! Read more

Cookies are pretty good. A bit to thick which kinda makes the texture feel a bit under cooked. The flavors are great though.... This is just my personal preference as I like my cookies a bit more firm and crunchier with a mix of gooey center. The cookies are very good! However, I thought it was a tad pricey with a tip. Honestly a good venture for one time experience... but you can make cookies at home that are good for cheaper and more of them. I ordered 4 and it was 15 dollars so you decide. Read more

Great cookies! I have only tried a couple so far and am very impressed. But my wife has been coming here for a while now and... loves it. Every time we have come it has been VERY busy.
