Used to be my favorite place to eat, then a number of things happened. 1. They removed polish dogs... Biggest bone head move of... century. 2. Removed chocolate swirl froyo. Why? Why would you do this. I know what I'm getting myself into. I don't need you"saving me" with your healthy options. I just don't get those anymore. 3. Added then removed the vegan salad option that wasactually really good 4. Added then removed the chilli. Also was good. 5. The pizza by the slice that I have got has been sub parthe last few times. This food court is the most unorganized out of any Costco location. I called in two pizzas and was told they would be ready in... 30 mins. Got there about 25 mins after I ordered and when I walked up to the counter to check in the lady said it?ll be about 19more minutes and I said oh I called them in and was told 30 mins about 25 mins ago and she said ?it?s Friday do you reallyexpect a short wait time?? And then walked away. I don?t expect a short wait time, just what I was quoted. After waiting about10 mins another lady called me to the counter and told me that what they wrote down when I called and what I paid for did notmatch. They said I called in one pizza but paid for two and I definitely called in for two pizzas. So I had to wait another 15mins for them to make the second pizza. They called my name and literally slide my pizzas to me without a thank you or sorry forthe wait or anything. I think we will stick to other Costco locations from now on. Read more
