DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. Purchased a Oreo Icecream cake on June 30th for a birthday party. When... eating the cake we found a plastic glove finger and a piece of another finger in the cake while eating it. Scary thoughts if oneof my granddaughters would have gotten those slices of cake, choking hazzard. We called the store and were told it's happenedseveral times before. Ben said we could bring the icecream cake back and get another one. Really I don't think so. He called theowner he offered 10% off plus another cake. No apologies and the owner would not call us. They got rid of the games that my wife and I liked to play. Replacements are not as much fun or easy to use. Do not like having... to order through the phone app. Prefer the old method of being able to look at an actusl menu and ordering from a flesh andblood waiter/waitress. They also replaced some of the popular menu n items. Don't know if we are going to be going back muchlonger. Read more

Simply put. For a place filled with most younger high school and college students. The Customer Service is outstanding and you... can tell they take pride in trying their best and doing whatever they can to make your experience enjoyable and as smooth aspossible. I heard about Cold Stone creamery, thought it would be a nice treat for the kids. Well can't say I was happy with my first... experience. This location was very dirty, sloppy, floors, tables, junk piled behind the cooler, the stone was oousing withoverflow of who knows what!! And the clerk's were in the back, not cleaning up the mess!! These last two times ive been here the line and service has been slow and long! Not sure if its a fresh new team of workers but... it took looong. Many people walked out of the line, went next door to Starbucks, or i think went somewhere else. But thepositive side, the ice cream is delicious and creamy. Great treats for the kids. This is by far my favorite place to eat ice cream. The selection here is superb, I have been here over 50 times and have yet to... try all of the combinations. The taste is superb--I think management took a lot of time there--and the staff are very helpful. Ihave heard a rumour that you can ask them to sing the Cold Stone jungle, though I keep forgetting to ask. Read more
