I don't even want to give a star for the portion size I received for the online order. Just look at the picture. Seriously no... rice, and chicken doesn't even look like a full spoon and then it was tossed to shift food to the side. With small chips andthis wimpy bowl I had to pay $14 and some change. Ridiculous. Raise prices and skimp on full servings. Read more

DO NOT ORDER VIA MOBILE!! Such a scam, did not put ingredients requested, extremely small portions, I?m talking like baby... scoops, waste of money! Go inside if you?re going to order, line moves fairly slow but they?re getting better. Some employeesgive you very small portions even if you ask for a little more, others will give you full size portions at least. I only getbowl though if I go to this location as they can never seem to wrap the burritos, always fall apart and loose the food. Ordered a VEGGIE Burrito bowl and they gave me a bowl of rice, corn salsa, and guacamole.... Where are the veggies? They also... didn't put the mild salsa we asked for on the bowl. Chipotle has consistently gone down hill year after year. Idk why we evenbother going to chipotle. Read more

This is the absolute worst Chipotle in the area. Always super slow. Don?t even think about mobile ordering. It will take forever... and be super small portions. Just tried to walk in here to give them another chance and they are literally turning walk inorders and only filling mobile orders because they are understaffed apparently. I get being understaffed these days, but youdon?t turn away people who walk in because you accepted too many mobile orders. Turn off mobile ordering. I would have gone toanother location instead of this one if I had known they were closed. Was excited for the this Chipotle to open but it?s beennothing but disappointing. Read more

I?ll start by saying the food quality was totally fine and tasted great. The problems lies within being charged for things that... I did not receive, being a to- go order ,that?s highly frustrating since you can?t just walk back in and have the problemremedied. I was charged for large bag of chips and received what looked like precisely one handful of chips. I also received noSalsa on my burrito bowl, to top it all off I ordered double chicken and definitely only received a single order, while beingcharged for a double. Again the food tasted fine , but the service could be much improved to help avoid future frustrations suchas this. Yes it?s small in the grand scheme of things, but every dollar is starting to count now more than ever. Read more

Personally I have never had an issue with this location. The service is always good. Has always been fast when I go inside. I... love that they have the drive thru. Order in the app and go through the drive thru. Nice and simple. Not much I can say aboutthe food. If you have been to one chipotle you have been to them all. I love it. Read more

I ordered a salad. They did not have vegetables. I got to the end of the line and asked for salad dressing and they said that... they did not have any. I said, why would I order a salad if there is no dressing. They said "most people ask for the dressingup front", as if it were my fault. They were not happy when I said I did not want the salad. The person at the cash registertold me that they are short staffed, so they opened late today and that is probably why there is no dressing. I am a customer,do you really think I care why you cant do your job? The service is incredibly slow. I also had a three pointer burrito (rice,beans cheese) but was charged the $7.85 for a veggie burrito. When I asked for more cheese after she put a small amount on, sheasked, "well, is this enough" without adding any more. This is a newer restaurant, but I suggest you close it until you getgood staff and train them properly, because I will not be going to ANY Chipotle ever again after this experience. Read more

I really wanted to give them five stars but unfortunately we have had a couple of negative experiences. This last time we waited... 25 minutes for our pick up order when it was accidentally waiting with the drive-through orders. But overall the food was verygood and the restaurant was clean so I think four stars is appropriate. Read more
