This is the closest location to my house or I wouldn?t have tried it multiple times. Always wrong order, always dirty, never get... a receipt. If you ask for receipt they just give you the credit card total (not itemized) so you never know what you actuallypaid for each item. Pretty shady. I ordered two items in the drive thru today. According to there hours, the drive thru is open 24 hours. I rolled thru at 2:30am or so the light were on you could see people... inside, but they never acknowledged that we were there. Pulled up to the pay window and it seemed like to they were trying tohide or something. Read more
Stop here on the way home every so often and normally gives good service and follows modifications pretty well but today didn't... add the bacon or remove the onion let alone put merely one leaf of lettuce on both sides for it being lettuce wrapped. One leafis not nearly enough for doing such a thing. Worst part of everything is when I tried to call them to deal with it and theydon't answer at all. *Update* After calling again after writing this review they finally answered and the guy that i spoke tosaid he'd remake it correctly the next time I'm in. Stopped in the next day to find out he didn't actually write it down butthe manager on duty was super amazing and went ahead with making me a new one correctly and added an item to. The only reason we came to this location was because the one on East Stockton was closed for remodeling. This location was... beyond slow at the drive through. Thank God that there was one vehicle behind us after at least 15 minutes of waiting, I got outof my car and asked the driver if he could back up so we could leave. My wife went into the store to see if our order was aboutready and this debacle went to another level that I don't even want to discuss. The remodeling of this location is on point.However, they need to overhaul their entire staff. Read more
Took my family to Carls today probably the first time I?ve been in five years and the service to the delivery of the food was... very professional and very quick. I will definitely be going again and much sooner this time. Great Job Guys. Read more
They have really good chocolate chip cookies again, not as good as the original ones but still delicious. There is fast and... friendly service. Not much else to say other than if you have a sweet tooth and are passing by this location. Try the 2 for $1 chocolate chip cookies you won't regret it. Read more
