Idk why but every single time we get whoppers here the burger is always closer to cold than warm. Its a huge disappointment... everytime. I shouldn't have to disassemble my sandwich and reheat the meat in the microwave the moment I get home with it. Ilive a mile and half away my food shouldn't be cold by the time I get home. Went through the drive thru , and a guy was outside smoking and didn?t realize he still had his mic on . The guy who took our... order didn?t let us finish before advertising something . Got our drinks and they tasted like sparkling water . Went inside toget different drinks and the guy gave us our order . I asked for ranch and he?s like ?I already gave you one ? and gave me themost stupidest look . One ranch for the $40 of food we ordered . He also had AirPods in while working . Our Ghost whoppersdidn?t have the correct bun. Jalepeno poppers were not fresh and hard . Fries were okay, but not hot . Cookies were amazingthough. This is Roseville , not a tweak town. I go here a lot and I do mean a lot and every time I go through there's something wrong with my order don't make me pull around... and wait and my fries will be cold today I paid for two new chicken burgers FYI a huge downgrade from the ones they just had a1/4th the thickness neither one had lettuce of tomatoes on them I get home to just a piece of meat and cheese quitedisappointing my fries were cold and wilty as always and I specifically asked for fresh fries they do not give a senior discountand now they've changed their policy so in order to do a review only one of every six cars gets the number that allows you to doa review and save money on the back now when I'm paying $26 per whack I expect to be able to go online and do an online survey Icould have told you about the problems I had today like I didn't get a receipt handed to me I had my hand out there check thecamera I even asked I was told it's on the bag but that's not what that receipt is that is really the receipt for the people inthe back to make sure the orders correct in the bag wlth these expensive new chicken sandwiches didn't even have the lettuce andtomatoes on them pickles on one everything was missing the produce what's up with that???? I'll still keep coming but pleasekeep your eye in the prize make sure that these items are made correctly we're paying a lot of money we just want what we payfor the staff is always awesome very sweet the place is always clean you can take a look and see I have over 9,000 reward pointsso I do go here a lot so this is a good a good review for the staff just please make sure the orders are correct and to BurgerKing owners you should have a senior discount everyone has a senior discount come on man you can't charge us top dollar and thennot give a seniors a break!???????????? Sir, this is a Burger King. Always clean with an almost In-N-Out level staff, friendliness- and attentiveness-wise. Seems like... the owners care about their staff and restaurant "despite it only being a Burger King". Read more
Food is good it's fast food so not much can go wrong with the actual food, ordering at the drive through is a gamble you might... get a new person every visit so check your bags before you drive off. Read more
Refused to make me a regular iced coffee. Said I needed to pick vanilla or mocha. I asked for reg coffee over ice. Couldn't do... it. So I got a hot coffee and bought a bag of ice and did it myself. Where's just a little common sense with people? It wasnthard I did it in the drive thru when I got my coffee and bag of ice. Prob won't be back to this location. Read more
It's burger King. Fast food is typical. Service is good though. I come here often while doing doordash. Most of the food is... really good and fresh, maybe not the fries , but that's anywhere you go, you get old fries. Read more
