Unfortunately I really need to leave this review because the past couple experiences here have been roughly the same, and both... times it was mid day with zero other customers in the establishment. Twice now the rice has been so incredibly wet that it wasalmost porridge. As I have been to many other poki places and having been eating rice my whole life I can't imagine how theyserver's were ok with serving this to customers. The hand rolls are a hot mess that when you attempt to pick up fall out of thefront and back. Their musubi was burnt this last time (visibly), I pulled it out and looked at it and they clearly saw howBLACK the spam was and still served it. Oh, and it was served on the mushy rice with no sauce.... Unfortunately it feels as ifthe staff they have in there are entirely incapable of the preparation and serving of food to customers. The food preparation inthis business is really lacking and the servers serve it with out a care. The other locations are fine, this one just has somemassive obstacles to overcome before I could suggest this place to any friend. Read more
