Delicious boudin! I walked in and was helped right away, the lady at the front was nice, explained the menu and offered me a... drink while I waited for my food. Food is made to order so you know it?s fresh! I got spicy pork, mild chicken and mild crawfishand shrimp. They have a kick in flavor, but I?ll muster up the courage to try ?R U Stupid? next time! Each boudin link comeswith your choice of dipping sauce. The crawfish potato salad is REALLY good, it?s different and tastes like I?m eating at acrawfish boil. I think the spicy coleslaw could use more mayo but that?s my preference, I like it creamy. Gumbo is served withcrackers, red beans &rice perfect combo with the whole meal. OFF TOP THE GREETING BY THE STAFF SET THE TONE!!! Truly a different taste to my buds and I loved it!!! The gumbo had a different... but amazing taste, they gave me a sample but them therr eggrolls was BUSSIN BUSSIN!!! Now this brownsugar lemonade MAYNE LISTENyou gotta try it for yourself!!! We decided to try them out by word of mouth and we are glad we did. Egg rolls are fantastic and a nice portion too. The boudin... balls were nice and crispy with a wonderful taste and the chicken sausage gumbo was very savory. Great food and awesome service! Read more
