This used to be a favorite in the area! I hope the new owners see all of these recent bad reviews and make changes. I've gone by... twice in the last month after not being able to come in for quite a while. I'm surprised at how far it has gone downhill. I wasso embarrassed to have raved about their boba to my kids, and even that sucks now. I'll remain optimistic that it will improvethough! Read more
This used to be my favorite place to get vermicelli bowls and pho. Unfortunately, since it has changed owners, the food has... become bland and the service slow. I ordered 1 pho, 1 vermicelli bowl, spring rolls and 1 bah mi and had to wait 45 min. Otherswere waiting also. Guess I will need to find a new Vietnamese place. I'm ???? Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst food service I?ve ever experienced. My husband and I ordered from here for... the first time based on the raving reviews. ???? something must?ve changed because there?s no way this is the same place. Myhusband went in to order and we waited in the car until it was ready. He went in and picked up our order without really openingit up before he left (thinking that it would be good based on reviews). We finally got home and opened up to see food that couldnot be eaten. The grilled beef platter looked like it was just boiled in water and the shrimp was hard and rubbery! ???? Weimmediately called the restaurant and informed them if this. They claimed that the beef is supposed to be boiled but said wecould come by and pick up something different. My husband gets there and they have closed and doors were locked. We ended upjust ordering some pizza for us and the kids instead. What a waste of our time and money?! I will never be back here! Read more
The Banh Mi Sandwhich is not very good anymore. I gave this restaurant a 5 star review but they made some changes. I came back... here again and ordered the shrimp spring roll, the spring roll isn?t wrapped very tight and all of the stuff falls out when idip it in the sauce. Pretty annoying. They also removed the waffle egg and the Bahn mi doesn?t taste very good now. The qualitywent way downhill and this place used to very good. It has changed the owner. The quality is not as good as before if I dont want to say it very bad. I would not come back here... anymore. I ordered peach black tea (75% sugar), potted milk tea (75% sugar) and a beef french fries. Both drinks come out as150% sugar (i assumed). I had to add a cup of water to my peach tea and 1/2 cup of concentrated black tea (made at home) to thedrinks to reduce the sweetness. Peach tea tasted like sugar water. Potted milk tea tasted like sugar whipped cream mix withwater. Wait time was almost an hour (no customers inside). The beef french fries did not look like the pictures at all. Ittasted like french fries with mayonnaise on top. I used to go there before and loved the potted milk tea. I was so dissatisfied.Wish I took pictures. It's sad that I lost one of my favorite tea shop to hang out. Hope the new owner would read and improvebefore it is too late. Read more
