As far as Taco Bell goes it is decent. The order wait times are long but it does seem like they give precedence to the drive... through customers first when compared to going inside. They get my order correct about 85% of the time. Read more
This location stole my money. I placed an online order. When I got there they said they were closed. The online order said they... were still open for another 25 minutes (until 2). Wasn't able to get my stolen money back. Out 13 bucks or so. Read more
The drive thru was long so I decided to go in. Never again. There was a strange smell inside and the lobby was dirty. The... restaurant was filthy from the tables, windows, floors, to the drink machine. There were dirty film streaks on the floor. Ialmost walked out but since I was crunched for time I decided to order. My food was hot and prepared well. I just can't get overthe odor in the building. There was only one other person waiting on food during this time. If the lobby was presented like thisI can only imagine how the kitchen area looked. I won't be back to this location. Read more
I drive for a food delivery service, and this Taco Bell location is a blight on the entire customer service industry. Not only... do they mess up our customers orders on a regular basis, their wait times are beyond extreme. They waste drivers' time when wecould be working. Appears as though they despise their jobs and their customers so figure everyone else must, too. Cannotbelieve someone from their corporate office hasn't come and straightened them out yet. This Taco Bell is trash!!!! The corporate office needs to come and fire everyone including the managers! Remodel this location... and bring in people who really care and wants to work. We ordered 3 items through the drive thru and stayed at the window foratleast 10 minutes and in that time the guy at the window (who looks like he just rolled out of bed and came to work) had hisback to us leaning on the counter sipping soda and talking to 2 other guys. A 4th guy comes and helps himself to a freeze withall the freakin flavors in one cup!!!! The nerve ????!!! Mind you that we are still waiting and they're still chillin'.. if Ihadn't paid with a bank card I would have gotten my money back and drove off but didnt want to go through the hassle of a cardrefund... imagine if they take this long with 3 items how long it would take to refund my card back...Do not go to this TacoBell because you will definitely regret it. Worst customer service. Came later in evening and had to park in front after going through drive thru to wait for order. Order... took 30 mins or so. Most employees (4) were sitting inside on there phones. Litterally thought the place was closed because theywere acting like they were at home relaxing. I mean don't work if you don't want to be there. Don't take orders if you don'twant to do them. Once food came out it was wrong and the gentlemen cared less didn't talk was very rude when talking to him justwalked off. I hardly come here foods not always good. Now I won't come back. Read more
Every time something is wrong. Got the veggie fiesta this time with no sour cream, that part was correct. I received it without... black beans or guacamole too thoughtfully taken off without my asking. They asked if want any sauce yes please hot and fire. Gethome and theres no sauce. Why did you ask. Both Taco Bell locations in Rosenberg seem to have a problem putting in the bag the items you actually ordered. The location in... Brazos Town Center is worse than the other location off of 36. The lines are extremely long in the drive through and the waitcan take up to 20 minutes or more. SInce they sell KFC here, it overloads their brains beyond capacity and they make excessivemistakes. During my visit today, there were 2 other people who walked inside from the drive through to get their orderscorrected - this was in addition to the mistake they made with mine. Forward 2 months later? I thought I would try them again,the last time for sure. Filthy, smelly stinking restrooms with no paper towels and the dining area went along with the restroomsas nearly every table was dirty. Restaurants, even fast food ones, tend to have some kind of cleanliness standard to them, sonot sure what is happening. Speaking of clean, the workers should ensure that when there are little kids in line, they shouldn'tbe using profanity in the food prep area. Read more
