I don?t know why there are so many negative reviews. But I always get my order right and on time.
Unprofessional, not well trained and poor customer service. The drive thru was empty. They took forever and they still asked in... a rude way. What we had ordered. It was our first time and last time there so we didn?t know the name. She looked at us like ifwe were dumb. My husband kept saying sorry and was too nice for the treatment we got. The lady that spoke to us was not ateenager. We did see a confused teen behind her. The untrained lady with poor customer service was a Hispanic lady with silverteeth. I wish I had asked the name. Please train your employees better. Be careful who you hire. With the other reviews I saw Ican tell they?re ruining the place. Read more
My husband comes here often. I'm not a fan but he is. 8/19/2022 when he went to get a smoothie the girl at the window was very... rude. Big turn off. I mean if you don't like your job why be there and be rude to customers. You don't know what people's dayshave been like and you think an attitude is gonna be okay. Do better at customer service.
