Excellent hibachi! I really do not know how you can make the hibachi experience unique. I?ve been to many hibachi restaurants.... Prices here are very comparable to other hibachi restaurants. Staff is extremely polite and attending. Never had any issueseating here. Would recommend to eat here during lunch hours to help with the wallet. Love the staff, food and drinks. Read more

Lets start with the server being slow. I understand that it was a friday but she was very slow. She did not bring the drink menu... at all or the soup and salad out until 2 minutes before the chef came out. The only came to check on us twice. I had to askother employees for help. The chef was rushing and mixing up orders. He threw our food on our plates instead of taking his timeand plating as it should have been. The rice should have been in a bowl but he put it directly in the middle of the plate. Forthe shrimp appetizer, there were 2 pieces each per person. I took my husband?s as he is allergic plus my 2 and I had shrimp andsalmon for my entree. The chef took the shrimp from the appetizer and went to the back to get 4 additional pieces of shrimp andcounted the appetizer as part of my shrimp entree which I paid full price for. My husband and I are regulars at Shogun?s acrossthe metroplex but this by far has been the worst. Read more
