This has to be the worst Pizza Hut location. I’ve had hair in my pasta, they constantly run out of product, always... understaffed and horrible wait times. Just close it down already. Read more

Ordered a pizza at 9:30 PM for delivery, paid over the phone and employee said 30 minutes for it to be delivered. Keep in mind,... place supposedly closes at 11 PM. 10:30 PM comes around. Nothing. I call the place and it says they’re closed. 10:50 PM Idrive over to see if I can just pick up my order, but they are closed. We did not received our promised order. Not a call oranything from them to at least let us know they won’t be delivering our order. Read more

Pizza Hut has always been my very favorite pizza establishment since the 80's. The pizza is always delicious and their recipe... doesn't change! Thank you for that. Read more

Ordered through the app and it said my delivery would be here by 6:35, it got here after 7:04. Once it did arrive, I was missing... 2 items from my order. I tried calling the store 5 times and no one picked up. Now I remember why I order from every where butPizza Hut. Read more

Came home and threw the pizza in the trash. While picking my pizza notice two guy in the back talking over a pizza they were... preparing . Ask to speak to the manager and she told me they could do that, cause they were not obligated to wear any mask orplastic cover. Then she just walk to the back, not caring at all. I gave them a star cause that's the only way you can comment. First time eating there again and it will be my last. Read more

The workers are not qualified to make good decisions. We ordered & payed for order online and they said they had no drivers. So,... then we said we’d just swing by & pick the order up & they claimed they can’t do that. Don’t understand why since theorder is already payed. We asked to speak to a manager or to someone who’s qualified to handle this situation and they saidthey have no manager on the shift. These workers are very young and don’t know how to think logically. Maybe they need morerestaurant experience just to learn how to think in a logical way. Read more

Work on providing customers with more accurate delivery estimates, and insure that their order is received hot and fresh. Which... should be the ultimate goal of a highly rated business such as yourselves. This advice is based off my most recent experiencewith pizza hut. I have submitted a ticket, and am awaiting a response. I enjoy pizza hut as it is was a distinct nostalgic partof my childhood. Unfortunately too often when I choose to give the hut another opportunity, hoping to get that great quality Iremember as a child they fall short. My most recent order was delivered 30 minutes past the estimated time, but was ready anhour prior to me receiving it. Thus leading to a poor quality product, and another repeat dissatisfied customer. I understand itis difficult to insure that all locations are striving for A+ conditions. But for a large majority of your customer base,something drastic needs to take place. Do better. Read more
