List of issues: coffee lid not closed properly by staff and steaming hot coffee spilled on me. Manager/ supervisor needs more... customer training, cold fries occasionally. Car door dinged in their parking lot, dirty bathrooms. I only go there if I'mdesperate to get food for my kids on a blue moon. Read more
Lobby hours say 10pm so I ordered via mobile order and selected to pick it up in store. Got there at 8:30 and could not get in,... was told the lobby was closed and was instructed to go through the drive thru line. I aksed if I could just wait here and haveyou hand it to me through the door, she did do that for me but fix your hours. Read more
What a joke! One of my burgers was messed up, from last night. I was told to go back today & get a fresh one! The manager said... that she didn't have the name, in the book & that I'd have to go back when the other manager was there! Management and workers are incompetent. I would recommend taking the drive to the AveH location. There, even your smallest order... will be correct. This location is a joke & they definitely need better training! Some major Customer service training at that! Read more
Rude asked for fresh fries and crispy they gave me cold limp ones. Then said they need to remake them they mixed old ones with... few fresh ones after a handled them. They should all be fired what else are they allowing otherbpeoplr to touchand giving it tosomeone else to eat. Read more
Ok.. NOW I have the right location. How busy are you guys there really!??? Yes I get my food orders correctly and fast BUT A... POORLY BUILT BURGER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.. WAS THE FOOD PREPPING PERSON UPSET ABOUT LEAVING MY ONIONS OFF.. I ate my fries on theway home..but my burger was so lopsided....
