Marble Slab your prices are too high to have bad customer service. On 07/06 at 2pm, the lady who was working here at the... Rosenberg location was rude. She charged my daughter for a waffle cup with sprinkles when my daughter just asked for a regularwaffle cup. My daughter comes outside and asks me to go inside to get the correct waffle cup because she is too scared to tellthe lady it is not what she ordered. I send her back inside because why pay more for something you didn't ask for and don'twant? The lady refused to change the order. The ice cream is now melting as my daughter comes to the car for a second timecrying because she doesn't want to go back inside. I send her back to get the correct waffle cup and the lady gives her thecorrect waffle cup but doesn't swap the ice cream from the other one. So, we end up paying more for something we didn't orderand had to scoop the ice cream in the correct waffle cup which was melting and not worth $9 at that point. Read more

Ice cream was great, workers were amazing! But I got the cookies and cake combination ice cream with the white chocolate dipped... wafer bowl, and I got food poisoning for 4 days! My brother also had stomach problems later on and he got his ice cream with thewhite chocolate dipped wafer bowl as well. Read more
