This Jason's Deli messes up my order more often than they get it right. Idk how I can say "panini" and the person can repeat... "panini" but somehow I end up with a wrap. And "add pesto" apparently means "remove all other sauce except pesto." And thishappens consistently. What? I've talked to the manager. I've even sent a message to corporate. I always get the Big Chef Salad. It's always great! One time they gave me the wrong dressing. I called to complain because I had... requested 2 dressings, was charged for the 2nd one and then they gave me only one and it was the wrong one. Regardless I calledand I believe I spoke with a Kevin. He was very kind and apologetic. He also took care of me the next time I came by for myfavorite salad! Great service! Read more
I love this Jason's location. I eat here once a week at least. Veronica and Scott are always so welcoming and are exquisite at... their jobs! They deserve kudos or a raise. These days it's hard to find a place that meets all standards of a comfortable,clean, and friendly place to eat. Keep it up cause it's always good! Read more
I took my 1 year old twins out to eat by myself for the first time and they could not have made it a better experience. Juan one... of the workers met me at the door by opening it for me and asked if I was going to need high chairs and then brought two rollinghigh chairs to the register where I ordered food. Kevin the manager was waving my twins his way and talking to them to keeptheir attention. He was very helpful and caring the whole time we were there. He let me know if I needed any help to let himknow. He gave me a brownie to share with the babies and myself. One of the things that meant the most was when I left the tablebriefly to grab a Togo box, I saw him checking my table from afar and when he didn't see me there, he started looking for me. Good fresh sandwich food (step above subway) potato items, soup, salad. It is all good. You can even buy meat by the pound.
