Tried to order from the app. It wasn?t after check out I was told this place was not taking mobile orders. Could not take... advantage of the ?App specials?. We asked for buttermilk, were told they are completely out. Asked for extra taco sauce/hotsauce, she said ?the sauce is inside the taco? terrible experience. Would give zero stars if possible. I shouldn't have came to this Jack in the Box, as I pulled up to order employee called out that there is a shift change. I've... never heard of this! What kind of fast-food restaurant is this? You can't leave if you want to because there it's a one way in &one way out. Stuck at the mic for 20 minutes then waiting in line for 15 additional minutes!
