My husband ordered online to this location 9:37 AM will be ready before 10:00 AM. We went the restaurant to pickup our... breakfast. But when my husband tried to pick up our breakfast he had been for 20 minutes, the cashier or customer services girltold my husband might be you ordered in wrong location, my said is here the location I ordered. She said she found it andpackage of breakfast with was different items. I return it to her but she was ignoring me with bad attitude you need to I ambusy set up the clients give a table to get seat and eat?she told me that our breaks fast is different IHOP location, I showedher that she is wrong, She does not want look for it. She was insisting that our breakfast is different location, she was notlook for it. Another waiters with bad attitude come to the desk our breakfast was sit under front cashiers desk where badattitude girls was given a table to the customer. We had our breakfast very cold no flavor. After almost two hours of ourcomplaining that our breakfast was in that location. And she was denied most the time. Bad experience never comeback again inthis location bad treat and it was bad ordered online.Never comeback again in this location. Read more
We were in town for 1 day from NY because we were taking a 7 day cruise out of Galveston. Decided we would go to IHOP for... breakfast before heading to the port. We were given a table right away for our party of 4 which was great. For about 15 minuteswe looked over the menu and decided what we all wanted to eat, but no one came over to check on us or take our orders. Not evenwater. We politely asked the attendant that seated us and she let us know that she didn't know who was supposed to take ourorders and would check because apparently two servers were in that section. Ok cool. 5 minutes later we asked a waitress who wasserving the table next of us if she knew who would be taking our order and she threw up her hands in disgust, said "oh, I don'tknow!" and stormed off lol. Decided that was it and walked out of there. What a terrible experience for my first time inHouston. Read more
This location needs new management. The waitresses do an exceptional job but the managers and the kitchen lacks good... service. Want my advice Hire Regina N & Fonda as Managers. They go above and beyond to ensure customers feel welcomed and arevery well taken care of. Read more
My family and I just ate at this IHOP and had the best experience! Gina was our waitress and she was on top of everything. Our... food was made quick and was cooked perfectly but the service we received is what made our experience great. Thank you Gina andhope you get the recognition you deserve. Read more

They didn't give me the blueberry pancakes i ordered, and also they skimped another plate and didn't put the ham. I mean how... hard is it to give me blueberry pancakes i paid extra for... but i dnt usually order ihop anyways ill stick to Denny's. I getit's busy Mother's day but ppl need to communicate which order contains what, but thats why these ppl work an Ihop, not thatbright i guess. Read more

I typically order out because in the past people at this establishment were blah. Today I made it a boys day out and decided to... dine in with the intention of knowing I would have a blah experience. I figured I?ll get it over with because the nearest IHOPother than this one is about 10 miles away. I was wrong. I came in and was met by Jasmine with a huge smile. Tiffany was myserver. WOW was the factor. She was Jonny on the spot, very polite, and made sure I was comfortable and set. I?ll be back to eatin. It seems they have a different staff with the exception of some who did an outstanding job but have never been recognized. Iencourage all the staff to keep up the good spirit and service. Read more
