I will not return to Chick fil A. They charged my debit card for an order that was not mine and then they charged me for my... order. Luckily the cashier gave me both receipts to show their mistake. I tried calling chick fil a but their phone was ringingbusy for over an hour. I waited until the after and called again and was finally able to reach a manager. I informed them oftheir mistake and they advised me the credit will take 3-5business days for the refund. Yes, they apologized but did not takeconsideration for my waisted time nor the delay in receiving my refund.!!!! BEWARE, IF YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION CHECK YOURRECEIPT AND CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE SURE YOU ARE NOT BEING CHARGED FOR WHAT YOU DID NOT ORDER!!!!! Read more
Recently remodeled, this is a good Chick-fil-A to visit. Aside from the healthier meal options, they have a dedicated... Hospitality Manager (Sam), who makes sure that everyone is taken care of. (I have never seen that in any other Chick-fil-Arestaurants that I visited in the past.) I love that I can also order from the table using the Chick-fil-A mobile app - and earnrewards at the same time! They have free and reliable wifi connection. There is an employee assigned to the dining area whorestocks the condiments table and clears/disinfects the tables. Service is fast and friendly. Food is enjoyable; coffee is good.They have a play area for kids. There?s a drive-thru here and ample parking. The place gets busy inside and outside. Read more

The absolute worst parking lot situation. Then there are cones in placed that there shouldn't be. Could barely get out of... curbside because of the drive thru line, then passing traffic. Then stopped traffic trying to get through. We will stick withour location that is closer to home. So to sum it up the planners of this property failed horribly and because of this the sitewould suffer. I could be wrong but I won't go back and I'm sure I'm not alone. Read more
This is the 2nd time that I?ve gotten sick from eating the south west chicken salad! I?m pretty sure it was the avacado... dressing. Both times they were not cold. They contain eggs & milk. They need to be refrigerated. I?m never ordering it again???? Read more
My family & I visit Chick-fil-A daily. Sometimes twice in one day. I also order for my school and sports teams. Lately the food... has not been fresh and the customer service has not been the Chick-fil-A way. No greet, no thank you, missing items, barely icein the drinks etc?.I?ve spoken with several managers about the recent orders before posting this review. I decided to try onemore time being my daughter wanted nuggets. The nuggets were hot per my request to make sure they were so I ordered 3 orders. Iasked for Chick-fil-A sauce & BBQ sauce. Evelyn, the general manager was so rude and charged me for sauce. I have never in 20years have I ever paid for sauce. No signs posted of the change or charges. I?m contacting cooperate. Read more
The food is always hot and fresh . I appreciate that much . However in my last 3 visit within the past 4 weeks have been a sad... sad sad experience. I look forward to the 5 star customer service that was usually certain to happen . The whole "my pleasure"and "have a blessed day " is truly a highlight and makes any order a HAPPY one . We'll in any of my recent visits did I hear anyof that . Not even a "have a great day " just barely got a " thank you" this morning.
