Went on a Sunday evening(10/23). The restaurant was not busy with many empty tables. Waited for about 15 minutes for them to... setup a table for 8. We were seated and then were never acknowledge by any staff. Several of the waitstaff walked right past ourtable without saying a word. No drink orders, not a single word. Man the wings here were so good! I get the mild hot wings wet with extra lemon pepper. My server girl Cameron was awesome! So... nice and understands the meaning of great customer service! Another server came out to bring some of my food and his name wasCameron too. He was just aa nice and polite as girl Cameron. Kudos to the Cameron's working this Thursday night shift. Friendly staff. Food looked good but unfortunately our food was ice cold. Cold meat on burger, Nachos soggy, wings were cold.
Has always been 100% consistent in messing up the food taste. Sometimes it?s either Over Generous by pouring excessive Sauce or... Overcooked chicken or giving the same chicken even though U ordered two different ones. Hope the Company puts some Qualitycontrols in place. Read more
This was real BAD!! Worse Service ever. First; we ordered or at least tried to order drinks and were told by the bartender that... they had no Margaritas or any frozen drink of any kind, no sugar for the rim of the glass, no cream or milk for a White Russian.Then we tried to order. My dates first two choices they were out of. I ordered wings mild and they were so hot they wereinedible. I'm sure they put a hot curry sauce on by mistake. We were given no silver whare, no napkins, no water. This is aterrible spot to spend your hard earned dollars. They don't deserve your money. Pics. of plain drinks and terrible food. Best onion rings! Wings are hit or miss. Teriyaki boneless wings were too dry. Mild wings were better.
Would never come back here again. My wife and I went here on a non-busy Sunday evening. Was seated within minutes of arriving.... But our waiter never came out. We are easy going folks and was not in a rush to eat. We waited and waited for about 20 minutes.No one came to our table. We left. The following week we decided maybe we only have take out from here. Boy was we wrong. Theymessed up on our order. We were missing 4 wings and fries from our order. We called and they fixed the situation, but did notapologize for the mishap. Never ever coming back here. As the famous president George W. Bush once said ?There's an old sayingin Tennessee ?
