This location has been an issue since undergoing new owners! They do not care about correcting their mistakes and do not follow... through on orders as they should. I was called the day before the cake was to be picked up that they couldn?t deliver on what Ipaid for and I was willing to work with them but to my surprise, we were sold a 6 inch cake at $45 that was to be strawberrycake, strawberry icing and strawberry filling. They sold us a cake that wasn?t cooked and wasn?t edible! I messaged themimmediately and never to this day have been contacted or replied too. Cupcakes and ice cream are delicious and I love that they have pup ???? cupcakes! The employees are professional; the actual... location is too small to hang around to eat the desserts, but to go works just fine because they package the cupcakes nicely ina pretty box. Read more

Our whole family LOVES small cakes, but I think the biggest fan is actually my bird, a 23 year old Flame Macaw. We get him a... pupcake from here every time we come and he absolutely devours it, little bone treat and all. Our dogs love them too but it'scute seeing my bird get so excited over it. My kids love everything here and I treat myself to a wedding cake flavor once aweek. The service here is always great, very friendly and helpful with my kids when they can't decide what they want. I have been wanting to try the banana cream pie since the first time I?ve seen it on instagram. I visited the Rosenberg location... today and needless to say I wasn?t to satisfied. Furthermore, I was not to happy with the customer service I received from thelady behind the counter. Usually when u walk into a place u want to feel welcomed but today I didn?t get the ???happy to see youvibe??? from the lady. She looked like she was waiting for me to hurry up and leave! But the cupcakes are usually scrumptiousand I?m always excited for a cupcake and wedding cake will always be my go to! Not sure when I?ll visit again since myexperience today wasn?t to friendly!
