On Saturday August 6th my wife and I brought our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter to this restaurant. As we sat down we noticed four... or five teens dribbling a basketball, swearing and disrupting the workers. We also noticed one worker, named Noah, who wassupplying them with free ice cream. Finally when they left a huge mess at one booth and moved to another, one of the workersasked them if they?d pick up their mess. They started swearing at her. That?s when I found a manager who kicked them out. Noah,the worker supplying them with free food started getting mouthy with me. When my wife asked for his name he said ?Why you goingto tell my mother?!!? I found another manager who said he?d ?have a conversation with him? and we left. I contacted Culver?scustomer service and filed a complaint requesting a phone call. Nothing yet after 8 days. This isn?t the first time customershave had to deal with rowdy groups of kids in this store. Management needs to limit the group size without an adult. Until thenthey?ve lost another local customer. This palace really needs an adjustment ASAP, the service is so slow, the order accuracy is closer to 0 % than 10 %. They... have people mostly (young tennagers) standing around doing nothing while customers are waiting. The last 2 times I have beenthere my order was wrong and incomplete, I'll go to the one in Apple Valley which is ran a lot more professionally . Read more
Never fails. They never get orders right. I'm always having to call because we're missing half our order. Worst location ever.... Now today, I get charged $1.50 for a gluten free bun, get back to work and open my sandwich to find no bun at all. Just agrilled chicken and onions... nice. So I got gluten free all right, just without a bun and got charged for it. Read more
Drive thru is SO SLOW every time. I sat in the drive thru this time 20 minutes. Then they forgot something so I had to go in.... Mostly young kids working, I get it but provide them some support and training. It's fair to no one. It seems this is the mostcommon complaint at this location. Read more
I bought a triple mushroom & swiss basket and a triple bacon burger basket on Wednesday and it had little to none mushrooms and... 1 slice of cheese, the bacon came as a double. They said came back and I will get 2 more for free. I show up on Friday to getit and the manager took about 5 mins to take my order again. She said for the triple burgers it cost $2 more for it to have morefor the same little bit of 3 mushrooms on it for the bigger burgers. So you pay alot for the burgers but nothing more they willadd on it. So the single and double are worth the money then triple. They had 7 to 10 workers behind the counter just talkingand playing on there phones not working. The manager did nothing about it. I waited over 10 minutes for my food to be ready. Thelady next to me was waiting the same time but they made her 2 shakes right away but 10 minutes waiting on her food her shakeswere melting she said. This Culver's has great service, It always seems to be packed from noon to 1pm during the summer, people utilize the outside... seating, and the drive through is always busy into the night. All being said, this location is ran well and you don't have towait long. I took a star off for food as portions seem to be getting smaller (shrinkflation) and the atmosphere can be loud. Read more
I always enjoy whatever I order from Culver's. It's fresh fast food and delicious. Their diet root beer is awesome.
First time I ate here. Great place to have lunch.
