We went to this location because the AV location is so bad. This is no better. Our food was literally cold. I don?t mean it... wasn?t warm, it was cold as if it had been removed from a freezer. If I could give zero stars I would! They constantly mess up online and app orders. They messed up. Simple plain cheese... quesadilla for my kids and the guacamole looks absolutely disgusting and brown. The new steak is burnt on my burrito bowl. I?mdone with this Chipotle location!! Read more
I ordered online for pickup. My food was barely warm. Half the ingredients I asked for wasn't in my bowl, including queso, which... I payed extra for. The meat was mostly fat and very chewy. I got a side of chips and queso, and the container wasn't even filleda quarter of the way. Very unhappy with this location. Read more
Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is fantastic. My preordered burrito bowl was ready on time and... constructed to perfection. The chicken was succulent, the veggies and beans were flavorful, and the cheese is truly one of akind. The chips are also terrific. Those little crunchy delights are the perfect partner for the burrito bowl. Pro tip: order asmany toppings as you can and an extra tortilla with your bowl so you can make yourself a small bonus burrito when you get home. Read more

This used to be my favorite Chipotle but not anymore. The past couple times I went here the food was poorly prepared. There... wasn't enough ingredients added or ingredients were missing! I had a huge order and thought maybe it's just one bowl but all thebowls and burritos had missing ingredients and very small portions. One bowl had no chicken. One bowl was only half full and weasked for extra lettuce but barley got any lettuce. One had sour cream and we didn't asked for sour cream. We asked for saucebut there's no sauce the bowl was just dry. Then one burrito had no chicken. It seems like the workers didn't even read or theyjust don't care! I?ve never had any issues or concerns until today. I was just over there grabbing late lunch. Here is what I observed while... ordering food. One station two people working on each side sharing same table. Person one is cutting cooked meat and person 2working with raw meat. Person 2 does not have an object to open the bag with raw contents. Person one opens the package andproceeds to cut the cooked meat with the same knife. Person 2 saw me looking at them and told the person 1 to go wash it. Idon?t think he did the knife did not look clean and person 2 was upset that I kept on starting. Ordered a chicken burrito. About 4 bites into my burrito I noticed the texture was weird and taste was off. I opened it up to... find some type of mud/grime in my food. I went back to talk with them about the issue; my last concern was replacing the food.Primary concern was that when I had picked up my online order, they put mine on the shelf at the same time as they did 2-3 otherbags meaning that there could be others who experienced what I did. When speaking to the staff, they admitted to the lettuce notlooking correct earlier when serving and preparing food. Nevertheless, they still served it instead of throwing it away or atleast having another co-worker/manager/supervisor review the lettuce. I'll let the photos speak for themselves, but this isdangerous and out right gross. Worst part was when talking to the staff and even supervisor about it, they didn't seem phasedand it was almost as if it were a normality in their workflow. Read more
