ATTEMPTED to order from the drive thru but received terrible customer service!!!! The boy at the window kept saying "anything... else" repeatedly while entering our order incorrectly. I asked him to slow down and not rush, the manager ("brody") tells me hecan't take my order because I'M being rude! WHAT?!?! Definitely NOT coming here again. My order was wrong. I got fries instead of onion rings. And all my sides were just dumped in the bag. And my marinated sauces... were opened and expired. I didn?t realize all this until I got home. And not to mention that the service was not very polite.Absolutely bad experience. Read more
If incompetent was a building this would be it! The shift lead has no idea what he is doing, has zero customer service skills... and should not be a shift lead. Their system was ?down? but did nothing to inform customers, the employees are asking what to dohe offer no guidance and did nothing to help with customer orders. FAIL Read more
I ordered a vanilla iced coffee. It came out looking like cream and ice. I went back to ask them where the coffee was. They were... really nice about trying to fix their mistake and upsized my iced coffee. Unfortunately, they had to remake it into a mocha icedcoffee instead because they were out of the ingredients to make what I had originally ordered. Anyways, I just got home and themocha iced coffee tastes like chocolate milk. Pretty sure there is no actual coffee in this drink either. At this point I?m notdriving up there to ask for a refund. I went through the Drive Through to get Breakfast and I have to say that when the Lady came to the Window and took My card I... have never been so Sick to My stomach when I seen Her Grossly Long Dirty Finger Nails. For someone working in a Food Industrythey should not be allowed to have those Nails like that, and to top it off that really Made Me sick She Told Me She was cookingbecause Her Cook went Home Sick. I can't get passed the vision of those disgusting Nails touching My Food. I literally just gotback to My Office and what a waste of Money, but threw the Food away. YUCK!!!
