Very quick service and delicious food! Employees complained a lot about the work environment while we sat there eating but... honestly I don't blame them after watching what they had to do to run an order out to the drive thru. They were surprised to seea manager from another Arby's drive there on their day off to do a pull up. Bring them Mac & cheese they were out of but that'sthe way things go. Just would have been cool to see them say thank you to him instead of giving him grief wasting his timedriving there. Thank you goes along way especially when the customer see's it. Otherwise good location. Staff was very cheerywhen they weren't complaining in front of the customers. Read more
The assistant manager is ridiculously rude to customers. The worker at the counter was even uncomfortable during the am?s little... episode he had, blaming us that he has to throw away food because of a simple request. Read more

My wife was given a sandwich with a bite out of it!!! (See pic) When she returned the sandwich, she was told it wasn't a bite... mark. Are you joking? They then proceeded to make remake the sandwich. Couldn't even eat that because, as my wife watched,meat was dropped on the floor and picked up.(and tossed, thankfully) Then the same worker started to build sandwiches againwithout changing the gloves that had just been picking things off of the floor. Had the Roasted Chicken Salad and it was full and delicious. I tend to drive further and go to the Rosemount location since I... always get great service there. Too many issues at the Apple Valley location. Tried the orange cream snack shake and it wasvery good. Read more
Arby?s is of my favorite restaurants. They have the best beef in town. The beef and cheddar is perhaps one of my favorite... sandwiches. However, I also love the French dip and the turkey gyro. Mmmm mmm it?s good. Pro tip: when ordering to-go, make sureto get sauce packets, even if you don?t want it with your meal. You never know when you might want their sauce on a differentsandwich later. Fast, friendly, and professional service! Food was still hot when I got home to eat it! They even put Arby's sauce packets in my... bag without asking. They clearly do much better in every aspect than their building neighbor (Chipotle). Thanks Arby's inRosemount! Read more
Ready & open. Hot to eat in or go. W a drivethru. I do like the Gyro. & now you can get crinkle fries or curly fries.
