I waited 7 years to try this middle eastern grill. It was the closest thing I've found to a Jerusalem shawarma this side of... the Atlantic Ocean. Not quite hitting the mark (I think the staff might have been Lebanese) but still well worth it. I lovedthe green sauce and spicy red sauce. My wife loved the garlic mayonnaise and my kids liked the chicken pitas and beef pitas. We spent quite a bit but might do it again on a special occasion. Read more

There were only 2 people working and they were very inefficient. I asked for 4 rice and chicken/steak bowls, 2 orders of... falafels, 3 orders of fries, and 3 drinks. The steak had no flavor and was very chewy. The pitas were not thoroughly cooked, they were white, powdery, and tasted weird. The fries came 10-15 mins later and we were still waiting on the falafels. Wefinished eating and still no falafels until I went up to ask and the guy had forgotten. Brought them to us 5 mins later at thispoint I just wanted a refund because I was done eating and falafels do not taste good after a while. For $70 I don't think thisfood was worth it at al and I will not be wasting time or money going back. Read more

Was really impressed with the flavor and quick service at Naf Naf. I tried the rice bowl both the times I visited. A Chipotle... type experience where you pick your rice, veggies, meat and sauces. You get a side of pita bread with your order as well. Itried the pilaf rice with Steak and veggies. Their garlic sauce with a mix of hot and super hot sauce is the way to go. Theflavors are awesome that I went back for lunch. Parking during busy hours can be tough. Service is real fast and does attract alarge lunch crowd. Hope they open an outlet in the Dallas area :) Will I return : Heck YES! Try this restaurant if you arenear O'Hare. Read more

I came to eat today and ordered chicken pita with fries. What i got was cold fries, cold chicken (one table spoon of chicken in... pita bread which is less than a half of meat). Very disappointing. Years ago the food was great. Read more

Overall flavor of food was pretty good. I agree with most of the reviews about the food just being OK, but some was a bit old... and needed to be refreshed. Falafel was a bit overcooked. All that said, I was quite happy with everything I had if everything Ihad. The team seemed quite busy and scattered. The team was quite friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. I would go backfor sure!! Read more

So delicious! Best filafel ever, hummus was delicious and the freshly baked pita was amazing. I'll definitely visit here again.

I tried a Veg Falafal with Baba Ghanoush. So service wise it was great. Even the staff was very helpful. Though the fries has... less crisp. I don't have exact idea if they should be like or not, but I would love to have some crispy fries. Also the littlebitterness of Ghanoush( chickpea based) was hitting. Otherwise good place to visit Read more
