9/5/2022 Brought the kids and the AC was too low. Very hot. Took too long to get a waitress. We ordered and they ran out of... milk, orange juice and strawberry lemonade. Our food came and one of the orders was wrong. We had to ask for silverware again, they 4got to bring us silverware! So we had to stare at our food. Waited again for my son's correct order. Wow! Definitely not the best meal we had at IHOP, food was subpar and service was delayed. We couldn't find our server to pay the... bill at first, and it took a bit of searching within the diner to find 3 servers discussing over another table's bill in frontof the POS. Had to take my bill and payment over to them to pay without a sign of gratitude. Read more

Service is kind of abysmal. Patrons are having to flag down employees to pay. Sat waiting for well over twenty minutes to place... our order?. And after which we promptly had basically what we ordered. Kind of. I wouldn?t describe their French toast as Frenchtoast? by any metric of imagination. Bottom line, they seem under staffed. Manager just playing on his phone. Took me twentyminutes just to flag an employee down to pay. Read more
We took pancake banana and strawberry as well as pancake combo. Both my friend and I enjoyed the breakfast and the waiter was so... nice and friendly and was so helpful. I did not want glaze and cream on my pancake so that's why my pancake seems a bit simple.It was so delicious and fluffy though. Read more
IHOP is a chain restaurant on Rosemead plaza. We came here on Monday morning to grab breakfast. We had their special buttermilk... chicken and pancakes, fresh fruits and coffee. You know a great pancake house when you taste one and unfortunately IHOP isn'tone of them. Pancakes are somewhat fluffy but significantly lacks the full thickness, firmness and fullness of a great pancake.On the good side, their coffee, chicken breast and mixed cut fruits were good. Service was moderately (under 16 mins afterorder) fast. Staff were amiable, competent and professional. This is my only second visit to an IHOP restaurant in years and wasdisappointed yet again. Overall, I had good experience with the service and staff but was deeply, deeply dissapointed with their???? pancakes. I think they can improve with the type of flour and ingredients they use. Haven't been to IHOP in awhile and happened to go on a holiday and it was rather packed. I'm not sure if it's usually as packed... on a typical day or not. Fortunately we were able to be seated after not too long of waiting. The server attended to us rightaway and the service was good and friendly. Even it was a little busy, it didn't take too long to get our good. The portionswere smaller than we expected and the taste was just average. I found that the coffee, which was $3.29, was a little weak. While McDonald's, 7Eleven and other breakfast joints offer $1 coffee, paying $3.29 for a rather watery coffee was a bit of aturn off for us. Despite the lackluster food and pricey coffee, we liked the service there. Read more
This place was terrible we got there they told us a 20 minute wait which was fine, we got to our table and waited 1 hour and... some for food which when we got our food it wasn't complete they were bring one item at a time.. Food was warm to touch.. crazyis all I can say.. I won't be returning to this ihop..smh Read more
