Reviews for Mama's Gourmet Pizza in Roselle, NJ
I ordered pizza, garlic knots and beef Pattie?s. When the food arrived 2 Pattie?s were missing. Called the owner stated he would... sent. He pizza was raw and the garlic knots. Very Douhey. The delivery guy came to get bring Pattie?s. I explained that thepizza wasn?t fully cooked nor the knots. He asked me to show him the bottom of the pizza and agreed it wasn?t fully cooked. 10min later the owner called me telling me if I wanted it well done I should have asked for it. Mind you I send the pie and knotsback to get cookies property. I was upset the owner was being confrontational, I told him then throw the food out. Guess what hedid. Did not refund my $ nor send at least the food I paid for back so we can finish baking it. Totally rude. Mama?s has been myfavorite pizza for 21 years. Read more

A Super Variety of Delicious Pizza Slices To Go... It Had My Friends Going Back Without Me...
We?ve enjoyed ordering from Mama?s when the new ownership took over, but our last two orders took over an hour to arrive and we... were only ordering for two. The first late order arrived missing a sandwich and the cold subs really left something to bedesired. Tonight?s order was simple and we are literally waiting for it to come. When I called the restaurant to follow up, ayoung lady answered and said it was on the way. When I asked if the order had just been picked up or if the food would arrivecold, she said she didn?t know what time the delivery person left. She was very nice and apologetic, but how do you not knowwhen your deliveries have left?? Suggestion: If you know you are behind on deliveries, give the customer an estimated timeframe so we know what to expect which gives us the option of even ordering at all. We will really think before ordering againbecause waiting an hour and 20 minutes (and counting) for a local establishment is not good customer service. We?ve ordered fromrestaurants further away and gotten the food faster and hotter. Mama?s, fix this! Read more
