Has a very inexperienced cashier taking orders with no help. Everyone pretty rude and I'm about to just walk out.
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. There was maybe a tablespoon of cream cheese on half of one of the halfs. The bagel does not... taste fresh and was very chewy. Perhaps a little more training is required! Read more
So I went here twice, a week apart. First time was a Saturday mid-morning. they of course were out of many things, but I got a... heated chocolate croissant and it was good. Then a couple days ago I went at 6 pm and there was quite a bit left, but nochocolate croissants, so I got a vanilla long john and... it was very stale. Not sure if they use great ingredients so there'sno preservatives, or what.. but it was dang chewy and not satisfying. Heavy instead of light. I went here because I was usingthe laundromat a couple doors down in the same strip mall, but I rarely go to Dunkin so I have no idea if this is the standard.It is NOT what I am used to when I splurge and get a donut. I have made an order through app and when I came to pick it up there was no donuts at all (4:30 pm!). I was confused when... cashier told me that I can't get a refund!! He said I can come on any day, explain my situation and they will give me my orderwithout any proof. Seriously??? If you want to talk with manager, she works only from 6am-noon - cashier told me! Staff can be rude especially when customers present their Dunkin' Rewards QR code and the offer had not been recognized. Other... than that, coffee and food items ordered have been good. Read more
