I don?t like to complain but at this time I feel I have too these time, I got my holiday cup as a gift and wasn?t told that I... have to go inside for the offers, I had my baby sick in the car and I need a wake up coffee after a long night so I went thruthe drive thru, instead of going to my local Starbucks to avoid going inside in this cold and wind getting the baby even worst.So I asked if I can speak to the manager if there is anything they can do for me since I was already in the drive thru and evenshe said NO smh her rude instead of offering me something I know there?s always ways I have been a manager before but it?s okay,I ended up paying for regular price for my coffee.
