The app wouldn't work so I went to the store to do my order and showed them the special but they wouldn't honor it. This may be... "the policy" and that makes Subway look even worse in my opinion. The policy needs changed, it's pretty simple really, if theapp has issues fix them, and in the meantime do what is right by the customer and give them the deal they happily tried topurchase on Your App. Read more
