This place has become a complete joke. I ordered 2 mini ice cream an a small slushy. I did this on the app at 6:48pm and after... waiting 20 mins and the screen claiming that darcy was on her way with my order. I pressed the button and asked what was goingon. After another 10 minutes i was finally given my order and told that there was only 3 people working on a Thursday night. Iwill not be returning again, waiting 30 minutes for half melted ice cream just isn't worth the time. Sonic please properly staffyour facilities or CLOSE THEM! Read more

I never leave bad reviews, I know everyone says that but I try to make the best of every situation. Today at 5:30 ish I was on... my lunch break and decided to head to Sonic because it was close to my work and convenient. I expected it to take a little whilebecause of 5 o?clock rush. I did not expect to wait my entire 30 minute lunch break waiting in line and then when I get to thewindow they don?t even have my order in the system (let alone ready). People get fast food because it is FAST and convenient,not for it to take half an hour to realize your order wasn?t even taken. I waited 5 mins at the speaker after they told me itwould be just a second, then the guy on the other end said he was ready and I ordered, I saw my order on the screen? I don?tunderstand how such a major mistake could be made when there?s an order of cars in front of me. It is absolutely ridiculous andnow I get to not eat for another 4 hours. Thanks Sonic! Waited in line for about 15 minutes got to the screen to order the guy said ?we?re closed sorry? it was 8:45. Open sign was... still on, hours state open till 10pm. People behind me got helped & served their food but i was refused service. Second timethis has happened. I will not be going back. Read more

I went to this sonic and ordered a #1 in the drive through at 8:07pm. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 min and when I got to... the window I stared at my food though the glass while the cashier made multiple drinks before acknowledging my existence a fewminutes later. Once I paid and was handed my food I opened the bag and discovered I was given fries that were about the samequality as the ones that get lost between the car seats for a few weeks. Totally cold, rock hard, and dry. I looped around toone of the stalls and pressed the button. After a few minutes a girl came on the speaker and told me the stalls closed at 8pm,so I told her I was just there to get a refund. She never responded. I pressed the button again and a guy answered and told methe stalls were closed. I told him I wanted a refund for waiting for over 20min and getting bad cold fries. He told me he wasgoing to be right out. He never came out. I ended up sitting there for another 10 min wondering if I was going to get anyservice for my refund request. I ended up putting my mask on and walked to the main entry with my food where I signaled to theguy in the back that I needed service. I told him the issue, handed him my food and drink and told him I wanted a refund. Hesaid he was getting his manager and took my food inside. I watched through the windows as all of the employees tried theirhardest not to look at me, like they were too scared to give some customer service. The cashier looked like he was slammed withorders while the girl behind him was just standing at her station doing nothing and the guy in the back was trying to avoid me.Nobody ever came out while I stood there at the main entrance waiting for 10 minutes. I ended up going back to my car anddriving to the ordering speaker in the drive though to ask if I was refunded for my order. He told me I was and I said thanksand left.
