We sat where we could see them prepare our order. They tossed burgers on buns, they would fall and when they put them back... together they really didn?t care how they did it. I ordered a grilled cheese and it tasted like garbage. The grills are dirtyand you can tell the workers don?t really want to be there. I remember when Five Guys opened and the service you get nowdoesn?t even come close to what it use to be. I wouldn?t go back to this joint if you paid me to. So utterly disappointed, andI have an aftertaste that isn?t going away. I would discourage anyone even remotely thinking of wasting your time. Try the nexttown! Maybe you will have better luck. Pretty disappointed counting on burgers for a late night meal run?. Employees were polite just wasn?t happy with the food. I?ve... never had a burger that soggy before. Fries were alright, but also a bit soggy. Worst part? $31 for two double burgers withbacon, one fry, and one small drink. Like a glorified In N Out both equally bad. Read more

Idk if this is normal but I went in 7 minutes before they closed and just ordered a milkshake and they said they can?t make it... bc they don?t take orders that close to when they closed. Consistently disappointed in this place. I?ve never had an experience go right. My food is wrong every single time. So 1-3... members of my family are waiting to eat while everyone else has their food. On one visit we had GLASS in our son?s burger! TheyDID NOT refund our order or even the one burger. They took my number and never called or anything! Ridiculous Another visit wewere charged for an extra fry and they couldn?t refund it for lack of knowledge and or permission to do so! Another visit (Iknow a glutton for punishment) both soda machines weren?t working which we didn?t know until we bought our soda. Out of 4-5employees not one of them knew how to fix the machine. We asked for a refund of our soda and they told us no. My husbandpersisted and they figured it out. The management/ownership of this store sucks plane and simple. The food is good and I guessthat why we go back but they really need to get it together. Read more
Wow, a burger joint with well-done burgers - that's the WAY I LIKE MY BURGERS. The fries are very potatoey thus natural. Going... inside, I found it weird and cool for how they have their ingredients on Costco-like displays. I had the bacon burger for my 2dinners during my stay at the Hampton across the parking lot (from San Francisco). Read more
Great burger. I really enjoyed the fact I can watch them make everything fresh. I liked the fact that you pick from a list of... ingredients. The fries where ok when hot. When they cooled it was way to oily.I think they should be cooked longer. Maybeordering well done fries? The shake was amazing. I am happy they use peanut oil to cook with. Read more
Extremely disappointed. I went there and got 2 hamburgers and 1 order of fries for $26.00. When I got home the order was... completely wrong. The company suggested I drive 5 miles back to the restaurant to fix it. Seriously how about a coupon for yourmess up and not inconvenience the customer. Do your self a favor and drive down the street to In and Out. Great food andreasonably priced. Same order was $10.50.. Read more
