Inprofessional. Both wife and I needed to use the restrooms and we're greeted unwelcomely. We ordered basic breakfast items and... served. This is not a review, this is being left here now in memory of James Kim who, many years... ago, left this restaurant with his family and they got lost on a mountain road and stuck in the snow heading out of town. Ordered take out from this location multiple times when working in the area. Quality is consistent with other Dennys locations.... They are able to accommodate the order and are always very friendly when we pick it up. Servers seem to have a greatrelationship with their regulars Read more
When your option is "Burnt or Raw" there is an inherent problem. The waitress was kind and told me they'd remake them but they'd... be raw inside. The problem is not the cook. The problem is that corporate put a product on the menu and did not specify thecooking temp of the fryer. It's a simple fix. Turn down the cooking temp and they won't be burnt or raw. As I pulled into the lot, I thought the place might not be open. I knew I'd not pulled in properly but was attempting to make... call to secure lodging. Was confronted by employee that came up to car door as I was on phone telling me if I was coming in Icouldn't stay parked as I was. I was partially in handicap stall with handicap plates on vehicle. When I concluded call movedmy van to back of building parking between 2 vehicles. Went into restaurant that had very few customers. Walked over to lowchairs at counter and was about to select one when I was asked question by a person. I asked it be repeated as I didn'tunderstand. I was being asked if I was there to gamble. Mind you this was my 1st time in that restaurant. I voiced back wasn'tthis a Denny's food restaurant? Didn't realize it was a gaming parlor. The person became angry at my statement saying therewas a sign saying wait to be seated. In my attempt to explain I've never been asked at any other Denny's throughout WA or OR towait to be seated at the counter he kept cutting me off without listening. I was hot, sweat dripping down my face. I justneeded to sit down and order food. He clearly wasn't in agreement. We both said words which resulted in my saying I shouldprobably just go to my hotel. He said yes as he didn't need to be spoken to so rudely and told me to leave. He went to theback of the restaurant - the other server ignored me completely. I stood waiting to be seated for several minutes then sat atcounter chair again waiting for service. He eventually came back out and I was able to order my coffee and meal. I will not go back. I wanted more ranch than just I little plastic to go cup of ranch and I was told that it would cost me a... dollar more per cup of ranch. I was so shocked that they are charging for condiments. It was ok. Nothing fancy, just had theendless breakfast. Two pancakes, cheesy eggs, and hash browns. Came to eat again 7/11/22 and I have never felt more rushed toeat and leave. I just got my first plate of the endless breakfast not even half way done with it and the server brings me overthe check.
