Idk whether to be embarrassed or grateful, little bit of both i guess! they seem to know my order (bc its the exact same every... time), double hamburger with extra pickles and mac sauce, with a side of pickles. almost every time without fail, they give meEXTRA pickles, and it makes my day every time. im quite passionate about my pickles! I got there at 10:50pm with a mobile order and they didn't let me get my food because apparently there closed but they don't... actually close until 11pm so how does that work. I'm never going back to this McDonald's again!! Read more
Went today sat in drive-thru only 1 there nobody says anything on the speaker another car pulls up after I sat there for for... atleast 5 minutes and me saying hello I hear the other speaker going I pull up to the window and the young kid tells me "that'sjust how it goes somedays" after telling him what happened.... poor poor customer service unbelievable that this kid has a jobtalking to customers like that. This location is frequently closed when they should be open, especially in the evenings, and often blocks off a drive-thru order... lane during busy hours. I?m writing this at 10:17 pm. It?s supposed to be open until 11pm. The food is often great. It?s hotand well made and mistakes are very rare. It?s a shame that the operating hours are blatantly ignored by the staff. Just pleasecorrect your operating hours online if you don?t want to be open past a certain hour. Read more
Food was good ,but they forgot a breakfast sandwich in our order today (as usual something is usually not correct). I called... right away and was told it would be there when we came back to pick it up. We went back promptly and we left empty handedbecause someone threw it out and they had switched to lunch in the meantime so they couldn't make a new one ???? Read more
Every time I've gone here, it's been done right. Foods made correctly, it's almost always fresh and hot, and most everyone seems... to be pleasant and friendly. The problem is that the hours of operation appear to be more of a suggestion than actual concretehours. I've wasted enough gas in the past few weeks driving there only to find out they closed an hour or two early. I'll justgo to Taco Bell who always seems to be open during their advertised hours.
