I haven?t had such terrible experience like I did at the Firehouse. Starting off with a dead bee in one of the salads, the corn... beef for the Rueben sandwich was so tough to chew with soggy bread that just fell apart, wings were over done, the cranberrychicken wrap was very over powering from to much goat cheese and cranberry yogurt (more yogurt then cranberry). I was kind of disappointed in the food. The blt wasn't bad but the Reuben was soggy and the sides were very small. The waitress... was friendly but took forever with the order and check. I realize everyone is short staffed so I do take that in considerationbut would I go back? That is a no for me Read more
First time here, food was great, perfectly cooked and hot. Bar tender was great too. Made sure we had everything we needed. Only... issue I saw was hostess girl was more on her phone than doing her job. We walked in n got no greeting hello just a sit wherevern she turned away. I really enjoy this place the food is fantastic. However when I was picking up delivery the other day, I ordered Queso and... watched the employee stick his bare hand into the chip container to scoop my chips. Needless to say I was grossed out. I?m awareready to eat foods need to be handled with single use gloves regardless of washing your hands. I didn?t say anything I stilltipped 20% and just made a mental note to never order that again. ??????? I was just kinda bummed to see that, but still reallylike the place. Read more
Food is great, but staff was unfortunately lacking.. fairly empty when we arrived & couldn?t get napkins, silverware, or... plates.. decided to play on the slots & there was no change being dispensed.. tried asking for help but the bar tender &waitresses just walked away from us for 15 minutes. Our server was amazing!!! She was attentive, polite, caring, and took great care of us. The food ... love the updated menu... options, but the food was not great. Black bean burgers are okay but there are better options. The guacamole on it was a joke,but even though the server fixed that for me (thank you), it tasted awful. Girl who takes orders over the phone is kinda rude, and they now want you to give credit card # over the phone, I guess people... order then never pick up food (sounds like a disgruntled emplyee) they have encryption for credit cards, but evidently they havechose not to get them.
