Disappointed in the customer service of the ?manager? today. Our app messed up our order and he didn?t try to be of any help.... ?Nothing he could do?? I don't normally review franchises, but I was very impressed with Pizza Hut this time. My last order was a little late and the... very next day Pizza Hut gave me a coupon for a free pizza. They could've been cheap and went with a medium 1-topping, but thegave me any large pizza. When I got it I couldn't be happier. Well done! Read more
Terrible. On 7/14/2021at 6pm I placed an order. About fifteen minutes later I received a phone call. It was Pizza hut. They... said SORRY NO PIZZA TODAY. YOU WILL GET A REFUND. Funny I pulled up the order. It says still cooking????Thank you very much. Onething was fast. I received my refund within minutes of the phone call. Never Again. I am a 60 year old women. I would like to thank the young man who was at the cash register last night. You believed in me and... when I said that I would not be able to carry out my order on my own, the young man said right away he would help me. Thank youfor being a good person and so willing to help me with kindness. Now days you don't see people that will help with out thinkingtwice. The food was very good as always. The pizza was balanced with all the toppings and kept warm. The free reward chickennuggets were flavored just right and fresh and warm. Thank you. Read more

Their food is fresh and good. Ordering online is quick. Delivery is pretty fast. I chose to switch to them out of the blue... because after being a customer of Dominos Rosamond I was not happy with the customer service from domino's employees. They arerude and snotty. They lost a good customer. Pizza Hut has my business as long as they keep up the good work and excellentcustomer service. Read more
Just garbage. 40 bucks delivers a layer of cheese pepperoni maybe dough somewhere in the stuffed crust that's not stuffed. Dry... ham shavings a pan puzza that's not pan lots of sheets 2 bucks extra but no flavor. 5.99 poor quality better frozen pizzas outthere waste of money. I do not recommend. What's up Rosamond?
