If I order a burger with cheese, you'd expect it to have cheese, right? 2+ years of this location forgetting the cheese every... single time would say otherwise. Their phone is perpetually disconnected, they're rude to customers, and they're about astasteful and competent as that fast food manager from the movie Falling Down. It takes all of my willpower not to put a rockthrough their window every time I go here because they're not just bad at their jobs, they're incredibly rude about it whilebeing so. Read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Normally, I'd never have a problem with this location. After all the negative comments and... reviews I've read and heard about this location, I've been lucky to not have a bad experience until recently. I placed a mobileorder through the app, drove to the location and parked curbside. App said expect about 5 minutes for order to be out. While myfamily and I waited for our order, we watched people walk up to the doors, grab the handle to try to open only to find out it'slocked. They were closed. Employees were inside ignoring customers at the door. There were a few customers parked curbsidelikely waiting for their orders as well. I0 minutes go by, then 15 then 20 so I drpve to the drive thru and that was coned off.I parked again and walked up to the door and saw a sign that said sorry we're closed. Doesn't explain why. I understand it wasColumbus Day but I don't think McDonalds has ever closed on that holiday. I drove away bc we had somewhere to be and hoping thatmy amount of $14.24 wouldn't be deducted from my account. I thought if the location was closed, it would say so on the app orwouldn't allow you to even place an order but that wasn't the case. After a day or two, I cked my acct and the money was takenout when I didn't even receive any of the food I ordered bc it was closed. I tried calling the location numerous times and leftvoicemails with no calls back. I even contacted McDonalds support online and they've forwarded both my emails to theowner/manager of that specific location. I received nothing. This is a true disappointment and frustrated is an understatement.I'm boycotting this mcds. Read more
Worse drive thru. Made to wait a long time for the "quarter pounder". Curbside pick up was wrong fir others. They waited & has... to correct the delivery person. My food was cold. Read more
They display and let you order from the breakfast menu in the drive-thru at 10:28, but then charge you obscene, non-breakfast... hour prices after you get to the window, claiming you ordered after 10:30 because their line is so slow. Read more
Told the manager there was a fly on the muffins, she took two muffins out and served it to the drive through. Pulled the... product, caught the fly and put the same product in the window to serve to other customers. Last time I?ll ever go here. Read more
One employee here today rudely informed me that they don't give refllls here anymore. Not only are we being gouged by high... gasoline and rent prices, now even McDonalds has become even more corporately greedy as well. Save your money for a place thatrespects you enough to give refills. Try Taco Bell or another fast food place instead. Read more
McDonald's is what it is. . . a place that is firmly embedded in my childhood memories. What it is NOT, is a business that... provides quickly prepared meals, with little to none of the correct elements of wholesome nutrition. It has very cleanpresentation. The staff makes an effort to be quick with greeting, taking orders, and shoving back at you before they turn away.I only go here if I have my G'kids in tow. They like the video games. Read more
