The service from the counter person was rude. The manager wasn't any better. Her name was Ofelia. While counting my change the... person at the counter asked me rudely if something was wrong. Then after counting my 20 tacos I asked for sauce which was notprovided and Ofelia dropped 5 packs on the counter and walked away. Really unprofessional and ghetto to say the least! Poor quality fast food. I asked for a fresh cooked burger but i suspect it was fresh out of the microwave. The chocolate shake... was good. Aug 2022 update: I tried the spicy chicken strips combo. I used the Buffalo and the ranch dipping sauce. They werecooked fresh and actually pretty good if you are hungry. Even the fries were good. You can get a coupon and get the shake for$3. I went through drive thru and apparently you no longer get napkins, silverware, straws. Nothing to eat your food with unless you... remember to ask before leaving. I ordered a rootbeer also and got coke. Had to drive back 2 times. They showed no compassion atall. I live near by here but ...Never again, they lost my business. Read more

The food's as good as it gets with Jack in the Box but they've clearly been having a lot of trouble finding people to work... nights for the past few months. I've gotten in the habit of ordering online whenever I'm visiting passed 10pm just for thatextra verification that someone is actually working. Trouble is: they seem to have been forced to settle for pretty terriblecustomer service lately just to keep the drive-through open. For years they had a woman working nights (she had to have been amanager) who was extremely kind, professional, and even got in the habit of remembering regulars. I hope she's moved on tosomething better because I havent seen her in quite some time. But, the passed few people who have served me just seem like noone even trained them. They don't tell you to pull forward, they're not easily intelligible on the speaker, and they can oftenbe either callous or just altogether rude. I hate to call out employees who I'm sure aren't being paid very well, but I have toimagine the management knows about these issues already and I'd like to at least have consistent service again. Seems likeyou've had trouble getting people to work through the night for a long time now, maybe it's time to offer more for the position? Read more
