The food never really disappoints, the servers are usually cool & friendly.
Showed up at 8:45pm on Wednesday night (tonight). Was told they close at 9pm even though onlise lists them open until 9:30pm.... When I pointed out it was 15 minutes to 9, I was told shes be herself and has a large sandwich order to fill. Come back anotherday. Don't worry we wont be back another day. I had the Steak sweet onion teriyaki I highly recommend it it was delicious.
The hours say closing 9:00 pm and I have always seen it closed after 8:30. And today the woman was let off at 8:30 however i... waited for the gentlemen in front of my to finish ordering and she sighed under her breath and mumbled ?sure? and ?really?? as Iasked her to make me my food. This guy is really rude that works here most of the time. He doesn?t listen clearly to what you want, he gave my brother the... wrong sandwich and didn?t fix it. he is also never up front to help customers, we had to basically make a weird noise to get himto come from the back of the room and help us. There are much better subways in the area, as nice as the place looks inside,they?re rude service. Read more
Woman working was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 sandwiches and... she made one of them wrong. Normally I wouldn?t say anything but I was allergic to the item she put on the sandwhich. I nicelyasked her to remake it. She went off on me making it my fault that she made the sandwich wrong. I was baffled that I was beingspoken to the way I was. She raised her voice and was being EXTREMELY rude, making nasty comments and even tried to not remakethe sandwhich. I had also already paid for my items so I wanted them made correctly. I asked to speak to a manager and then shelied trying to say she was the manager. Worst subway experience of my life. I ordered a turkey sandwich with extra meat. The guy didn't count or fold, he just took a... handful a stuffed it into the corner of the bread. Everything was great at the store. Ammara was helpful, engaging etc. 5 stars, heck 6 if there was an option. But the subway... corporation (1star or less) or the DM I am disappointed in. There was only one person on when I went. ( No one was on break, inthe bathroom etc just one) ONE. To help the patrons, fill the on line orders, deal with the door dash pick ups etc, at 8 pm atnight, and now your staying open to 10pm. With ONE person on. That is wrong, insane, dangerous. Read more
