The coffee is of the good quality it always has been. Unfortunately, whoever updated the hours wasn't correct, they're barely... open passed six. I'm probably in the minority here but I like to get coffee after work and it's been like this for like 2months. Take down the 24 hour sign. Read more
We are doing a job right next door, we love Tim Hortons so we ignored all the small issues they have. But today we couldn't get... tim bits, Boston cream donuts so we asked for an everything bagel. Nope. So we ordered a plain bagel "toasted" with creamcheese. We got a "warm" bagel. Idk who their store manager is.. but y'all need some serious help. Attitudes of the workers were poor, food was not cooked fully (the whites of our eggs oozed all over us), nothing was put... together properly, and they were out of everything. I understand the economy of this day and age with supply and demand, butbeing out of literally everything we asked for is poor planning on the Manager's part. Read more
This coffee shop must not be open to the public. Says online dine in is available but all the doors are locked. If your place of... buisness is drive through only you need to make people aware. What are the people who have big trucks or trailers supposed to doif they can't fit in the drive through? You're limiting your customer base and upsetting the ones that do choose to stop at thispoorly run establishment. Read more
Frontally staff and good coffee. Everything you would expect from a Tim Hortons. They can get that fifth star by staying open 24... hours to accommodate a nontypical schedule. Read more
Pull up in my ambulance. As I'm walking up, an employee tells me "the inside is closed Sir" as she holds the door for a... gentleman to walk in. I point to my vehicle and say "So I can drive thru in that?" (Mind you, it's nearly 10 ft tall) and theemployee said yes. As I'm walking away, I also comment "seems the inside is open for him". But I guess allowing a... friend orfamily member to come inside is standard practice. But a medic in an ambulance gets to be cold, and pull around. Place my orderand pull to the window. Only to see that I must park and get out to pay and receive my order since the overhang prevents me frompulling to the window. I didn't want to be the next person to hit the overhang (See the included photo) because I was told Icould make it and then have a damaged vehicle. If laziness prevents you from opening the dining room (with what appeared to bea minimum of 3 staff inside) maybe you should close the drive thru as well. Read more
