If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a new steak sandwich she told me I couldn't add extra toppings on my sandwich. I had a... whole argument with the employee. Because that's the only location I ever heard that from. So she made it, didn't want to fix itlike I wanted it. So I told her to keep it mark it as waste. Sandwich wasn't presentable anyway. She calls herself yellingtrying to get my attention as im walking away. You think I turned around to pay for that when you couldn't even make it like Iwanted. I want to buy no family with children that would like to get a kids meal from Subway inside of Mobil gas station on the corner... of merriman and Romulus Michigan I advise no one to go there I went there to get my pandemic granddaughter a kid's meal fromtheir establishment and it don't come with the drink nor the milk or a cookie or a toy they charged me $2.28 for one turkeysandwich is false advertisement cuz it says kids meal is not a kids meal if I'm only paying for a sandwich do not go there donot spend your money there and the woman is rude she cannot speak proper English she don't even understand English don't go cuzI'm hardly disappointed and the service is rotten two thumbs down I have a star not even a whole star. My first time going to this location. Service was great. The lady who made my food was very accommodating to what I wanted. I am... kind of picky. The food tasted perfect and was very fresh. Thank you for everything! Will definitely be back when I'm in thisarea. Read more
I usually love this location but the new staff has some serious attitude issues! Not only that I get my sweet onion on the side... so my sandwich isn't soggy by time I get home and they only put a dab of dressing in the cup! Thanks for ruining my lunch! I usually don't have a problem when I go to this Subway. The last time I went the owners did not honor my mobile coupon. I have... been there many times before and my coupons have been accepted. I guess the new owners don't like coupons. Now I understand whythe turnover is so high. I'll just find another Subway in the area. Read more
