Absolutely disgusted, not only by how absolutely filthy it was inside, but also with the way the employees were talking behind... the counter and how slow this place is. I waited inside for over 15 minutes for my doordash order. I was the only one inside andonly a few cars in drive thru with small orders. While I was waiting, multiple workers were working on the broken smoothiemachine, another was sweeping and said N**** right in front of me. Not to mention the f word being used over and over again bythe workers making sandwiches. All I heard was complaining and asking for a cigarette break, when clearly there were orders tomake. I?ve ordered food 3 times from here and won?t ever again. I don?t even write reviews, but I?m livid. Every time it?s the... nastiest, oldest, grossest thing I open up. The first time I ordered a double quarter pounder and they gave me a cheeseburgerwith 4 patties.. Plain. No cheese, no condiments, just patties and buns. Got my money back. 2nd time I ordered a 20 piece. Gotthe 20 piece box with 3 nuggets in it. I went back thinking it was a joke and they ignored me at the window. Went back nextmorning to get my money back. Hadn?t been back in months and decided to give it a try on DoorDash real quick. Got a chickensandwich meal and a mcdouble with a frozen coke. No condiments on anything, no frozen coke, and it looks like this meat has satfor the last 12 hours before getting sloppily thrown into this box. Called up to talk to the manager and she immediately knewwhat I was talking about and she said everything was made perfect and hung up before I could even talk.. This place is a literaljoke. Waited in drive through while they took orders from the other drive through line , I had to drive up to window to order. After... ordering and paying had to pull off and wait for food. Got my food that was cold fries and plain cheeseburgers (did not orderplain) with dry hard buns. Not sure why I thought that it would be any different at this location. Read more
Only one car ahead of us waiting for their food and one behind us waiting to order, Slow night. After we paid we had to wait for... our food, not upset yet. About 10 minutes later our food was brought out with none of our drinks. 10 minutes later? still nodrinks. A total of 20 minutes we waited. Unfortunately our food was cold and soggy? no pickles or ketchup on any of the burgersand the mcrib had no sauce or pickles. $26 later? absolute trash. I am pretty sure this McDonalds is quite literally incapable of giving hot food. It does not matter what time of day you go here... they will give you a cold old hamburger. I don?t get it. Its not like it takes long to cook one of their hamburgers. My favoriteis when they have you pull ahead and wait and you still get cold food. Read more
I always come here and have never had a problem but whoever was in the drive thru tonight about 8ish pm was not it. I work... customer service so I never leave reviews but right off the bat had an attitude and I just told her I needed a second to figureout what my passenger was getting which took 2 seconds and she told me 3 more times I could order and said I can?t hear you withan even bigger attitude. ( which is understandable but you don?t have to be rude when I was nice to you like if someone hurt youI?m sorry but it wasn?t me lady) ultimately I pulled off and left because I just knew it was only gonna be a problem. Nothing fast about this fast-food place. I've tried. I really have. I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt... with the current staffing environment. I've visited on various days of the week, mornings and evenings... it is by far theslowest store in the area. 20 min wait in the drive-thru and then when you do get to the window, they ask you to pull ahead towait even longer. I can't do it anymore. I just don't have that kind of time. But they do have friendly staff. So, there'sthat. If this was a one time deal, I wouldn't leave this review.... Read more
I was there at 9pm tonight. I get home and they?ve given me a 6 piece nugget instead of a McDouble with no pickle, or onion. I... drive back and explain the situation, and they give me what I thought was the correct sandwich. I get home, and open thesandwich to find it?s a McDouble but with Big Mac sauce. So again, I have to drive back and the manager doesn?t give me anyapologies or explanation. I did ask for my money back, and she had someone else give it to me instead.
